　　The Japan-U.S. Investment Initiative Seminar is held every year both in the U.S. and Japan to encourage mutual investment between Japan and the U.S. In 2008. The seminar will be held in Shizuoka. Shizuoka is located in the center of Japan and is famous for manufacturing. Within the prefecture are active manufacturing industries of automobiles, motorcycles, pharmaceuticals, optics, and electronics.
　　The first day of this seminar will consist of explanations regarding the current status of manufacturing in Shizuoka Prefecture. An industrial tour will take place on the second day so that participants can observe the state-of-the-art industry of Shizuoka.
　　We hope that you will take this opportunity to find new business ventures in Shizuoka.
