Shin-Fuji Susono Industrial Complex land allotment sale, started. October 22, 2007　

Shin-Fuji Susono Industrial Complex land developed by the Enterprise Bureau of the Shizuoka prefectural government and allotted for sale by Susono City, is now ready for purchase application. For further details, directly contact the International Business Staff of the Business Development Office in the Shizuoka prefectural government, or the Public-Relations Office of the Planning Department of Susono City.

Location:	Suyama, Susono-shi, Shizuoka-ken
On-sale allotments:	104,800 square-meters divided into three parts.
Area of a division:	Ranging from21,600 square-meters to 60,700 square-meters.
	* Note: The listed figures of area are provisional because the area is under development, and the final size may slightly differ from the above-mentioned after the development.
Unit price of the land:	19,100 yen/square-meter to 21,200 yen/square-meter.
Application is accepted:	In the period from November 12, 2007 to December 10, 2007.
Final decision on selection of purchasers:	The decision will be made based on the selection standards provided by Susono City (see below to contact them for details), and will be finalized at the end of January 2008 (scheduled).
Transfer:	At the end of March, 2009 (scheduled)
